MemorAmp aims to provide transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please review the policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.

Preorders and Early Access

For preorder or early access purchases, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not shipped or access has not been granted.

Physical Products

Once a physical product has shipped, refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include supporting documentation. Approved claims will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
